Water, water everywhere and way too much to drink!

This is absolutely fascinating podcast from Trail Runner Nation interviewing Dr. Tim Noakes. Tim is an accomplished endurance runner and veteran of over 70 marathon and ultramarathons. He has just published an amazing book called Waterlogged, dealing with over hydration in athletes. The whole article though challenges a lot of so called beliefs we have held in general about drinking.

I have always tried to listen to my body and trust what it tells me, but, its always good to have some science to back it up.
